The foundations of what your people need to know about the Equality Act 2010

Establishing the standards that ensure a successful transition to a more positive organisational culture is the responsibility of each and every employee, regardless of their experience or seniority. 

In this session we look at what constitutes toxic workplace behaviour such as harassment, discrimination and bullying through real working world insight and experience, and then use open discussion to help foster greater understanding of the issues and the actions necessary to confront them.
