Sexual Harassment at Work

Back

This session provides an understanding of what sexual harassment is and how it presents in the workplace.

The EHRC says sexual harassment is unwanted conduct of a sexual nature, which is intended to, or has the effect of, violating a person’s dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment for them.

But can your people actually identify this unwanted behaviour and the different ways in which it can show up? This session takes an honest look at sexual harassment, the law, the impact on people on the involved, and how we should address such conduct if it occurs.

We have two versions of this workshop: one aimed at leaders and HR, the other for managers and the wider employee base.
