This session creates awareness surrounding the common occurrences of microaggressions related to race, gender, sexuality and more. 

It explores the outcomes associated with the experience of microaggressions and helps all attendees discover techniques to minimise the occurrence of microaggressions and ways to respond when someone has committed a microaggression, including how to approach feedback we might receive if we’ve committed a microaggression. 

We also have a guide to support managers and employees that sits alongside the workshop – an essential part of ensuring your people know how to respond in the moment when instances of microaggression occur.
