This workshop takes you through the challenges and opportunities brought about as a result of the change; the potential impact on inclusion, diversity and levels of wellbeing of your hybrid-working colleagues; and the skills all people-leaders need to ensure they have to make a success of this way of working.
All attendees will also receive a hybrid working checklist to help with making team culture, recruitment, promotion and reward decisions.
