Major demographic shifts are occurring in the workforce. From the over-50s disproportionately affected by the lack of job opportunities after economy-wide Covid lay-offs, to the lack of jobs paying a living-wage to Gen Z, companies are not well-versed in making themselves attractive to many different age groupings.
