WHAT TO THINK

It doesn’t matter what your intentions are, if you turn yourself into the thought-police then I guarantee people will not listen.

They’ll retreat, they’ll think (and do) whatever they were going to think (and do)

AND

they will stop listening to your reasons why change matters and why a move towards inclusion is beneficial.

Don’t be the thought-police.

It’s not smart, it’s not sexy, and it’s pretty totalitarian…
