So if your organisation is proud of its global mix of people, make sure your managers are taking the time to get to know their teams on an individual level.

Building trusting relationships will make it easier to engage at a deeper level. And this might provide some meaningful insight about people’s behaviours, especially if our biases are expecting them to behave in the way we behave.
